Terms of Reference for the New National Inquiry published March 31st 2026

On March 31st 2026 the Home Office published the final Terms of Reference for the New National Inquiry. The Terms of Reference sets out what the National Inquiry will focus on and what questions we will try to answer. This followed a period of consultation with victims and survivors, including over 20 individuals from our Survivors Panel.
