Self-Referral Form

Firstly, well done for taking the brave steps to reach out for support. We know how hard this can be.

At the Foundation we provide both emotional support and advocacy. For more information click here.

Unfortunately, at this time, our Advocacy service is not accepting new referrals due to high demand for the service. We are truly sorry for any distress this may cause. We kindly ask that you check back in September when we hope to re-open the service for new referrals.

Our Emotional Support service is still accepting new referrals, if this is something that you are interested in receiving, please complete the form below. Then a member from the team will be in touch with you shortly.

What to expect next

One of our team will contact you within 5 working days who will work with you to understand what support you need. We are completely person-centred so will be led by you.

Should you want to access emotional support through our Pain into Power phoneline, you will be paired with one of our trained and trauma-informed volunteers who will work with you throughout your engagement with the Foundation.

Should you want support navigating the criminal justice system, our experienced staff will work with you to understand your situation and provide guidance and advocate on your behalf.
